Bosu Ball

A month has passed and our weekly session is still going. 🙂 The lively Young Cubs are slowly growing in strength, stamina and coordination.

The practice of beginning our sessions with rope jumping was become set, and all are now enjoying the challenge. Our skipping goal is to be able to dance and play with the rope without mental effort.

This is a video we watched to help with our inspiration. 🙂

This week I had two new friends visiting me for a couple of days from New Zealand. One of whom was my Wing Chun Kuen brother Ben Koubaridis.
Aside from visiting Trieste, drinking coffee and eating grapes, we managed to train.
Here are a few snaps from our wicked pad session, as well as a recording of his first, and very decisive, professional MMA bout. 🙂

Nice one!

I was too busy playing with you all to take any snaps, but I managed to shoot a short clip of Christian and Alberto at the end of their striking megathon.

Well done to them, and everybody else who joined us. It was a great second session.
