The month of November has started in the finest of fashions. Last Friday’s session has to have been one of the best yet. It really does feel great training with you guys.

Here is an instapost  of Lorenzo vs ‘Zombie Swings’.

Time to get some gloves, Bro. Then we can really start to have some fun. 🙂

A month has passed and our weekly session is still going. 🙂 The lively Young Cubs are slowly growing in strength, stamina and coordination.

The practice of beginning our sessions with rope jumping was become set, and all are now enjoying the challenge. Our skipping goal is to be able to dance and play with the rope without mental effort.

This is a video we watched to help with our inspiration. 🙂

This Friday’s session was very cool. Everybody now understands that they are all individually responsible for their development in the system. That our group method is not ‘Monkey see, Monkey do.’ mimicry , but rather one that actively encourages personal exploration and understanding.

A snapshot taken at anytime during the session would have illustrated pairs and individuals working on different exercises and aspects of the system. Two practitioners may have been exploring footwork, one may have been ‘quietly standing’ and breathing, while another two may working on striking and defending.

Yes, it was a very good session. 🙂
